PK2 Olive Oil

Pk2 is an organic extra virgin olive oil of limited production, made from the best Abequina Olives on the Mediterranean coast. From organic farming in its olive trees and thanks to a privileged climate and the combination of modern and traditional working methods, olive oil of the highest quality is obtained. Olive trees grow in the Mediterranean prelitoral, between the sea and the Serra de Jordà. Along with these farms it is processed with a modern oil mill, which allowsstart shredding right after harvesting. PK2 oil has a fruity flavor of olives and other Mediterranean fruits, with a hint of sweetness and absence of bitterness and spiciness. The olive oil of this variety of olive is delicate in its conception and structure.
